Christine, I just reinstalled mine. I guess we'll see if it disappears again...
I went with another website: shabbyblogs.com. I think I prefer their designs anyway, as most of them aren't so loud.
I had heard that people with shabbyblogs designs had the same problem b/c the real culprit was in photobucket, but when I visited a shabbyblogs blog the design was still there. At any rate, mine's still up too, and glad you found something you like.
