C is for Christine, That's Good Enough For Me

Is this an awesome photo, or what?  Christine Havers at 1,000 Words A Day posted this photo over the weekend and I immediately asked if I could borrow it.  It's a frozen puddle with a letter C in the middle.  Not only that, it's so artistic.  How does this stuff happen randomly, anyway?  I'm a statistician, I know that randomness is a part of life, but really, how cool is that?

If you haven't stopped by Christine's blog, you've got to check it out.  She lives in Scotland and has just the most gorgeous photos.  A picture is worth a thousand words.  So I guess I'd better get writing to catch up with you, Christine!

Thanks for the photo, and have a wonderful Christmas over there with your castles and glens and moors and... *sigh*.  From one Christine H to another. ;o)

Many thanks, for your lovely comments about my blog. The world wide web is really fantastic!

A Very Merry Christmas.

As a writer I often think about taking up photography!

Happy Christmas from Mr H.

I understand that you spotted the wonder, Mr. H, and that you are a former boy scout. I have a young son and am currently the leader for his den. So I am learning all about scouting for the first time, not having had any brothers. It's so wonderful for the boys, and for me as well.

What do you write, Mr. H?

Yes, the world wide web is truly fantastic. How did we ever get along without it? I suppose we got a lot more work done. *wink*

Oops, that was me in my teacher identity. I have a separate homework blog for my students.

I write anything that people will pay me for! Seriously, it's non-fiction – I ghost write, I write about music, history and have even written about football (that's soccer to you). I'm a jobbing writer, as opposed to an author.

Hey, at least you're getting paid for it. At this point I think I'd write anything short of bodice-rippers if I could get paid. Good for you!
